I’ll be honest with you. At 46, I thought I’d missed the wave.
I’d scroll through LinkedIn, Instagram, headlines, all screaming about AI this, AI that. New tools, new trends, people boasting about how fast they’d built something or how clever their prompts were.
And me?
I felt the knot in my stomach tighten.
I was a mum of four, a wife, a friend, a businesswoman. My days were already full, school runs, client work, endless admin, keeping it all together.
And now the world was telling me that AI was going to change everything.
Part of me wanted to resist. To dig in my heels and hope it would pass me by.
But deep down, I knew that wasn’t an option.
That shift, from fear to curiosity, changed everything.
I realised that success with AI isn’t about the tech.
It’s about the human.
It’s about how we show up, how we guide it, how we make it reflect us.
When I took the time to:
Clarify what I wanted AI to do for me.
Feed it context that actually sounded like my voice.
Treat it like a partner, not a magic trick…
Suddenly, AI stopped being this cold, threatening machine.
It became a collaborator. A digital intern. A tool that freed me to be more creative, more present, more me.
Here’s the thing: I’ve always been curious.
Curious about people, about growth, about what’s possible when we lean in.
So instead of fighting AI, I let curiosity lead me.
But {and this is important} - I didn’t rush.
I didn’t chase every shiny tool. I didn’t drown myself in jargon. I didn’t let panic set the pace.
Instead, I slowed down. I asked better questions.
What if AI wasn’t here to replace me?
What if it was here to amplify me?
That’s the journey that brought me here. To AI Up Today and to building RISE: The AI Mentorship Experience.
Because I don’t just want to figure this out for myself.
I want to walk beside other entrepreneurs, consultants, leaders, and everyday professionals who feel the same knot in their stomach when they hear “AI.”
I want to share what I’ve learned, not as some guru with all the answers, but as a woman who’s tested, failed, refined, and found a way through.
I want to collaborate.
To mentor.
To build a community where AI feels less like a threat and more like a teammate.
If you’re reading this and you’ve ever felt:
Overwhelmed by AI noise.
Afraid of being left behind.
Disappointed by clunky, soulless results…
I get it.
I’ve been there.
And I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.
RISE is my invitation for you to stop resisting and start rising.
To explore, to experiment, to integrate AI in a way that feels human, grounded, and empowering.
Because AI doesn’t have to replace you.
It can amplify you.
And I’d love nothing more than to walk that journey with you.
10 Sept launch date for RISE: The AI Mentorship Experience.
Join me, and let’s rise together
